I'm going to quickly blog about my day, then I'm off to do homework. Let's see. I failed my trig test (big surprise). I kinda made a new friend in that class. His name is Jimmy. LOL. Anyways. I chilled with the guys in the library. We got yelled at for being too loud. Oops! Lol.
     I got to PCI hella early so I decided to drive around for a bit. When went back to school, I found the PERFECT parking spot. Except that it was parked next to that cute short guy! LOL. He wasn't there though. We made croissants today in class. Yum yum! Lol. Not much happened.
     After class, I was out a little early so I was stalling to get to my car. Once I got there, the cute short guy was coming out so I decided to stall some more and make myself look busy. I was sitting in my car for a little reading my text messages. Then when I look to the side, he's in his car and he's looking at me. Then I drive away. LOL. I feel like we're stealing glances at each other and stuff like that. If only I could bring myself to talk to him. OH! During class, him and his friends kept walking by my class. And everytime he walked by, we'd always make eye contact. Lol. He's cute! Too bad he's short. That would suck if he's gay... Well not really. That would be good. Anyways!
     I stopped by karate, dropped off some croissants, went to Darren's house and chilled for about an hour. Now I'm here. ALRIGHT! Time to do homework. BYE!

     I'm gonna do a light summary of my night before it's the next day. I went to Stephanie's house for a birthday party but I only stayed for about an hour. When I went home, I went to Darren's house and we had diner at Chipotle's. I already are so I didn't eat anything. We then walked around and Alan needed to go to the bathroom so Darren and I were ninja hiding from him. LOL. Anyways, after, we went to Victoria's Secret and I bought 2 bra's for $32 dollars. Pretty good I must say. Anyways, we just walked around and chilled for a bit. We left the mall around 9, went back to Darren's house, then decided to watch SAW at my house. I didn't have the movie so we just watched THE CRASH instead. HELLA GOOD! Rightt? Lol. They were like "NO! OMG!" Lol, hella funny. But yea. I'm glad we chose this movie, it was a good ending to our night. Yay! 3 minutes to spare! I'll post pictures up later from the night, but good times.

     That's a lot! but keep 'em coming! Lol. Anyways. I had a stupid trig exam today. I think I failed it... It was hella hard! Gosh! We also get to finish it tomorrow too so hopefully I'll get to add more stuff to my test if my teacher hasn't graded it yet. Trig is so hard! I wish I had a smart twin so she could take my tests for me... ALAN be my twin for the day! Lol.
     I went to the library and chilled with Darren, Alex and Vince. I hella messed up Darren's facebook! LOL. Anyways, I left to school after they went out to eat.
     I was just a few minutes late. Darn... I was hella blasting Nujabes too! Lol. Anyways. Class was BUSY! We made pound cake. Then Almond Sponge cake. Then Pastry Cream, then Swiss Meringue Buttercream and Almond Short Dough. MAN! That's a lot of dishes to do. Out final is Wednesday/Thursday and we have to make an almond cake, frost it and top it. We're also going to make an amazingly awesome fruit tart that will make you go "WOW". Lol. That's what my chef instructor said. We were super busy today though. Lots of washing and cleaning. Also piping... My hand gets really cramped from piping.. I'm sorta getting better though. Sorta.
     Chef Alex was making this amazing Gingerbread house. IT WAS NICE! He used carmelized sugar to make windows and he put doors on and OMG just amazing. He wasn't finished with it though. Note to self: When making a ginger bread house, use carmlized sugar as glue and not the frosting. It was amazing though. His class is making a gingerbread house for their final. YIKES! That's what WE'LL be doing in a few couple of months!
     When I left, I was a little too late... It's alright though. Next time. As I got home, I got a call from my sister's boyfriend. My sister's in trouble, and I mean DEEP trouble... I hope to never do the things she does. Except for getting hella money from working at home.
     I'm currently eating Saltine crackers. I need to do trig homework, but I hate trig so much. I'm just listening to Josh Golden songs. Yum.

     Tiffany and I had a good conversation over nice hot curly fries. It was really nice. The air was humid though! By the time it was 11:25, I walked Tiffany to class. We chilled outside a bit longer and Kevin met up with us. We just talked and stuff until it was time for their class. As I was about to leave for class, I met up with Patrick and Ronald. We just chilled some more and stuff. It was nice. I saw Adam while I was with them! LOL. I was like "OMG! That's the hot guy from orientation!" Patrick was like, "I wish I was good looking so good looking girls like you can talk about me!" Aww, I very solly Patrick.
     As I was walking from the lot to the front door to PCI, I was walking next to this super good looking guy! He had a nice car and he's a culinary student! The downfall? He was as tall as me. So I walked next to him for like a split-second and I walked faster. Well, that's my normal walking speed anyways. Maybe next time I'll say HI or something. If there ever IS a next time.
     Class was fun, we just made raisin bread and cinnamon rolls. Yumyum! Lol. I went to karate and dropped off some goodies, and then I went to visit my dear sick friend, Darren. I have a strong immune system so hopefully I wont get sick.
     Alan is coming to De Anza and PCI with me tomorrow! Yay! Lol. I gotta sleep now though. Good Night!

    I'm gonna skip all the boring De anza stuff unless somthing interesting happens now.
     So on Thursday, Chef Stephanie was our chef. She's hella funny. I totally forgot my shoes at home! FML. I asked chef if i could wear my black and white flats but she was like "NOOOO you have to get your shoes or you cant take class" So I'm like CRAPP. And I call hella people. I called my mom but she couldnt bring it to me because she was at a funeral. Then I called a bunch of other people WHO DIDN'T PICKUP THEIR PHONES! Ugh... Anyways, yea. So I just told chef that I wanted to stay for the demo, then I'll run home and get my shoes and come back. So, It was like 2 hours before the demo. She just talked and lectured and stuff. Right after the demos, I immediately left to go home. There was TRAFFIC! FML. It took me almost 50 minutes to go to and from school. But when I got back, I immediately started on my Pate A Choux. I finished pretty fast I must admit. I need to practice my piping more though, forsure. We made Eclairs, Swan heads/bodies, Paris Brest, Profiterals, and Cream Puffs. Then we made pastry cream to fill the puffed pastries with. This was a 2 day thing. So that day, I didn't get to bring home any goodies. Tear. It was all good though. I worked pretty fast but also carefully.
     The next day, we were taught how to make 3 different pastry creme fillings and 1:1 ganauche. We did Creme Chantilly, Quick Bavarian and Pastry Creme (custard). Then, we just filled our Pate A Choux and learned how to assemble a Swan. It was fun. I also plated it and took pictures. After, we had extra time, so chef gave us a Pop Quiz on the metric system. It wasn't graded though, it was just to see if we knew our conversions and everything. I got 3 wrong out of 30. Yay?! Lol.
     After class, I was trying to call all of the karate people to see where Night of Integration was at. No one picked up their friken phones. It's so annoying! I hate it when people don't pick up their phones, you have a phone for a reason, so use it! Damn. Anyways, I went to USC and it was almost empty. So I was kinda like "WTF?" I didn't know where it was! But on the bright side, there was USC Soccer Practice, shirts Vs skins. Yum, abs... So yea, I decided to just go home then because no one was responding to my calls. When I got back on the freeway, I couldn't make it into the other lanes because it was all trafficy, so I was forced to take the next exit. FML. It took me to DTSJ. I got kinda lost, but I saw Chicken Coop, and then 7th street. I got really lost after that, I just ended up calling Darren who tried to help me, but didn't really. I somehow found my way to Falafel's Drive-In. From there, I found a way to get home. Yesh! Lol. Thanks anyways Darren. He tried his best. Then I called Kim and decided to go to her house to give her some goodies. I hate traffic. I took the exit to Kim's house, so I had to take the next exit, which was even worse! It took me forever to get to her house! But I finaly survived and made it.
     Kim and I just talked and had some of my goodies. Lol. It was really nice and relaxing. Then I was craving chips so we went out to Safeway and bought some chips. Yum. Then I got back to her house and stayed till 8:30 PM. I love Kim! Lol.
      At 8:30 PM, I then went to Darren's house because Alan was there. We just ate some of my goodies and watched TV. It was pretty nice and chill. Just sitting and watching TV. The Ghost Hunters show is hecka freaky! At 11:30 PM, I decided to go home because I was so exhausted.
     Now, I'm about ready to sleep. So good night! Plans for tomorrow:

     I forgot to blog about my day yesterday. That creeper was distracting me...
Anyways!
     I hate school. It's boring. Darren carpooled with me and right when we parked, Alex, Vince and Patty were there. Yay! Reunion much? Lol. We then went to the library as Alex and Vince went to get food and to class. So, I chilled in the library, reading my homework assignment for PCI. I was going to go to french class, but Patty and Darren somehow convinced me to just skip it. So instead, I stayed in the library doing homework. Then at 9:25 AM, I immediately left for trig. I hate trig, our teacher is ridiculous... Anyways. after, I went back to the library, did some trig homework, and just chilled with Darren, Patty, Alex, and Vince. Then, Kevin came out of nowhere. Then another Kevin came. Then David came. PARTAY! Lol. Jk. This random library lady scolded us for having "too much" people. We only had friken 5 at the time too. Anyways, Around 11:30 AM, I walked Patty to class and I left for PCI.
     PCI was fun that day. We cut our rapid puff pastry and made Palmiers, Pretels, Cinnamon Twists and Cheese straws. I say that the cheese straws are my favorite. We used parmesean cheese. My FAVORITE! Lol.
     After class, I went to the locker room again and saw the cute guy looking at me again. If he talks to me, I get 10 points! So, I got changed and everything and went home. When I got home, I decided to plate the things that I made today and take pictures of them. I need to be more professional with my plating so I can put them all into a nice portfolio. Then I went to karate and gave them some goodies. Good thing Shelby was in the office. I went there and chilled. Shelby ate some Palmiers (which is now her favorite) and a Cinnamon twist. Then Mariah and Patrick came in to eat some Palmiers (which they liked). Patrick proposed to me but I had to deny him. SORRY! I plan to marry a chef. Hopefully. Then OJ came in while us ladies were in the room (Shelby, Mariah and I). He went in, stood there, looked at the box and just stared. We were hecka giggling because I was trying to hide from OJ under Mariah's hair. Then he came and burst in. We were still giggling but we didn't say anything. After about 2 minutes of random silences + giggling he was just like "Oh, you guys are talking about me? OKAY" and he left. Whatever! I don't want to feed him stuff anyways. He makes me feel guilty so sometimes I HAVE to give it to him... Anyways, Allan Dale came in later and ate the last Palmiers. I left some extra pastries for the staff and I then I headed off to Darren's house. Alan was there. We had some cinnamon sticks and looked at Darren's China pictures. Then we watched some random videos. Then I left while the guys went to Costco.
     Not much when I got home, just did homework and slept early, around 11 PM. I need to sleep earlier!

     De Anza was boring. After class, I just chilled with Tiffany in the library. She kept talking to me as I was doing my hw... ANYWAYS. After I finished hw, I left pretty early and headed towards PCI.
     When I got there, I got changed and went to get my books and toolkit. The toolkit is HEAVY... kinda. It's heavy when your hands are all full of books and other stuff. So, I went to my class and 2 adult ladies were already there. Then the rest came in. We have a class of all Adult women except this one girl who I think might be my age. She's pretty quiet though so iono. I have too much hair. I had to redo my hat like a bajillion times! So frustrating...
    So my chef instructor is Chef Alex. He's lived in France for 12 years so he has this super heavy french accent. The good thing is that I can talk to him in french. Yay! Lol. Today, we just made the beginning of Rapid Puff Pastry and we made Shortbread cookies for the "Three Sisters" cookie. Which is where you take 2 cookies and spread jam in between them. You might also want to make a window in the top cookie so that you can see the color. It tastes hecka good! Yum! Lol. I like my class. We all work really well together as a team. Yea, it was just enjoyable overall.
     So after class, I had to go to the lockers to get my stuff, but I had way to many things to carry so I took 2 trips. So embarassing. On the second trip, I was kinda following this lady back to the locker, but then I was like, "Ughh I don't want to follow her like I'm a creeper, I'm gonna turn right at this corner." So I turn right, but then 2 steps laters I'm going the wrong way so I make a Uie and it looked hella funny. Then I "casually" look into the culinary arts class and I see this pretty cute guy looking at me. SO embarassing. The locker room was right in front of that class too! So when I got out, I just swiftly exited and didn't look into the class again... I'm such a dork...
     After PCI, I was going to go home, but then I decided to go to Karate to drop off some cookies. I'm obviously not going to finish it. When I got there, I originally didn't want to give OJ ANY. But then he "casually" went to the front desk to tell Shelby something. Then he looked in the box and started gasping so loud... Then I kinda HAD to give him some. FML. Oh well. After, I went to Darren's house and gave his family some cookies. Then Darren and I went to give Alan some cookies. We just stayed there and chilled. Then we decided to go to the mall. I had to take Darren to Nob Hill first so he could buy stuff for his mom. Then we went to the mall. We walked around, looked at stores, got hella job applications and bought Kernal POP. Then we went back to Darren's place and had some tacos/burritos. We were also watching the Hockey game. SJ SHARKS VS LA KINGS. Friken Sharks lost though! Ughh. My favorite hockey player is #44 - Mark Edouard Vlasic. Iono, he just reminds me of a pickle, that's why I like him. But friken Sharks! Hockey is basically the only sport I really like. I think I'm gonna be more of a hockey fan now. Definately.

     Today was a boring day so far. I picked up Darren and we went to school. After class, I went to my car and stayed in there. I rolled down the windows and played my music. I finished my Trig Notecards! Yesh! Lol. So I stayed in my car for 2 hours. Then Darren and Donald came and I took Donald to school. I drove Darren home then I went to Beck's Shoes on Calaveras so I could buy shoes for PCI. Pretty expensive for slip resistant shoes. Oh well, 15% off! I felt hecka weird in there because it's kinda for old people... Anyways!
     I finished watching Full House. Hecka cute!!! It's pretty good. I thought the girl was really annoying at the beginning, but she got really pretty towards the end of the drama.
     I'm hungry. I can't drink water. Donald annoys Darren. Darren is annoyed at Donald. Bleh

     I took my french exam today. I know I did everything right EXCEPT for the articles of nouns. I don't remember which words are masculine or feminim. I hope I did well overall though.
    Trig was boring as usual. We had to work with a partner today. My partner is hecka smart! Lol. She was trying to explain how to do a certain problem to me but I was just like, "... What??" Lol, it's hecka confusing, but I think I get it now... Sorta.
     I went to the library and met up with Darren as usual. I just did all my trig homework. Then it was around 12 PM when we decided to go to Whole Foods Market to get some lunch. That place is my heaven! Seriously! Love. So we just met up with Donald and ate lunch. Darren and I decided to have a gaming point system. We need to make up more rules and stuff. What we have so far:

- If a member of an opposite sex comes up and talks to you, you get +10
   points
   BUT! You cannot make the first move.
   BUT! If that person is of the same sex, you receive -20 points
   BUT! If that person of the same sex is gay/lesbian, you recieve +20 points
- If you go to your car and another car is following you, you receive -5 points
   BUT! If you go to your car and no car follows you, you receive +5 points.

     That's all we came up with. I can't wait! When we went back to school, Adam was at his usual table while the rest of us were at a different table. We then started playing TAG in the library. How awesome are we! LOL. I saw that Kevin guy from orientation too! Aww, I should've said "hi" Darn.. Oh well. LOL. I just stayed in the library watching Full House. I'm almost done!
     I also went to work today for a little. Only for little dragons. It was nice to be back... Sorta. Lol
     I went to Panda Express today to support the band. I just chilled with Darren and Brian. It was really nice. We had funny conversations. I also saw Bernadette and Adith! LOL.

     This morning, Darren and I hit every possible Bay Area Traffic... We left Milpitas around 7:30 AM. We headed off to Costco to get some gas. After getting gas, we decided to continue on 680 to go to school. It was a nice smooth ride until we hit traffic. It was seriously Stop and Go traffic. So annoying. After about half an hour, we finally made it to 880 Oakland. We took that exit. We were seconds away from hitting the 880 traffic, but good thing I spotted the Steven's Creek exit. That exit redirected us to Valley Fair and Santana Row. If only we didn't have class. By then, it was 8 AM and I had half an hour to go to class. We weren't sure which way to go so I called up Patty and she told us to make a U-turn, but she wasn't sure so she said she'll call us back. We made that U-turn, but then hit Falafel's Drive In so we decided that it was the wrong way, so we made another U-turn and kept driving down Steven's Creek. We finally made it to De Anza. Of course, I was 20 minutes late for class. I'm glad we didn't get lost or anything though. That is the LAST time any of us will take 680 to 280 to 880 to De Anza...
     In the meantime, I'm chilling in the library. Kevin gave me the Fame Soundtrack so I'm listening to it right now. I'm absolutely in love with Asher Book's voice.
