We made decorated our carrot cake and made chiffon cake yesterday. I need to really work on my icing/frosting technique... Class felt slow but time flew by quickly! Chef Stephany was our chef today.
     After class I headed home, dropped off the carrot cake and showered. Then I headed over to Darren's house. When I got there, Wilson and Darren were playing water pong. After their game, Wilson and I battled it out against Kelly and Amanda Berryhill. We won 2 games and lost the last. Then Kenny and Darren went against them, they magically won! Haha. Friken hustlers! But yea, Waterpong was fun! After, we enjoyed a few slices of pizza. Yes, I'm a fatty, then we payed rockband. By the end of the night, my voice was shot so I had to rest it for a bit. I think the guys like Blake. They keep screaming his name. LOL!
     So today was full of cleaning. I cleaned my room, cleaned my parents room and sorta cleaned their bathroom. Then I de-cluttered the halls and just tried to make everything look as pretty as possible. Eugene came over. We had a heart to heart talk.
     To my so called "friends": I also got a call from Wilson Yu... Let's just say, now I know what my "friends" talk about when I'm not around. This is why I know for a fact that we wont be friends in the future. And if, for some crazy reason, I end up being friends with them, I'm going to make damn sure that I cut connections with them. I don't want to be around a group of people who are so judgemental. This is also why I don't have many friends who are girls... If it pisses me off even more, I'll actually rant about them in future blogs, but right now, I can't even look them in the eyes...
     To the rockband group: Sorry if I seem to be angry at you guys. I'm not. I'm not trying to avoid you guys or anything either. I didn't mean to skip out on Christmas In The Parks! I really wanted to go but I didn't know that it'd be on thursday instead of friday. If I wanted to, I would've gone to Ihop also! But my parents told me to get home at a certain time and I was still up in the hills... ANYWAYS! I'm sorry if it seemed like I didn't want to hang out with you or if I was avoiding you guys, I LOVE YOU GUYS TO DEATH and I would never do that!

     It's 9 in the morning right now. I'll blog about my day yesterday then... since I basically was out all night.
     At school, we made carrot cake and we finished off our Devil's Food Cake. OMG! So Much CHOCOLATE. Chef made us do a ganuche to go with it. So we made ganauche, chilled it, took our cake and frosted the inside with ganuche, put the top layer on, then frost it with more gaunache all around. freeze the cake, take the gaunache and turn it into glaze (by heating it and adding some honey and a splash of milk), then glaze the cake so it's all shiny, then take the tempered chocolte shapes from yesterday and decorated the cake with it, take some ganauche and pipe rosettes on a sheet pan, freeze it, take it out,  dust it with cocoa powder, put it on the cake and VOILA! C'est Fini. Lol. It's a lot huh? Omg, I was runing on sugar that whole time doing it. I messed up on my glaze! I didn't work fast enough... But I covered it up with the tempered chocolate. Lol. Hehe...
      After class, Amanda came with me to karate to drop off my super chocolatey cake. Everyone was amazed! Lol. After, we went to Geoff's place. Apparently his roomate, Brent, thinks I'm "gorgeous". LoL! It's funny because when I met him the other day I just said HI and BYE. That was it. According to Geoff, "he left all awkwardly and everything". Haha. It's only because I'm asian.
     Anyways, at Geoff's we watched TV and tried some of his Consumee. Yum! Even though it's only broth, it tasted pretty good. We watched this show, I think it was called Salon Takeover or something like that. Basically, these people have salons that suck balls and this european lady comes and whips them into shape. Hecka interesting!
     Around 11ish, I dropped off Amanda and headed home. I stayed up till 1ish cleaning the house. Lol, I wasn't tired so I was talking Blake and cleaning at the same time. My grandma's work table is now clean(er).
     So I woke up at 8:30 and finished cleaning my grandma's table. Then I sorta re-organized her bathroom. What to do... my mom's bathroom? My room? My brother's room? Too much to clean! It's almost 10! Lol, BYE!

     Today was the beginning of Intro to cakes! Woot! We made Angel Food cake (which turned out super ugly!) and Devil's food cake. We're going to deck out the devil's food tomorrow in class. I heard it's going to be extremely chocolaty, I guess we'll have to see. So the new girl in our class is named Jasmine. She's not that bad, just super slow and quiet. She's pretty nice though, I guess I'll be nice to her too! Lol. Oh! We also learned to temper chocolate today. Messy, but funish. haha
     After class, I met up with Amanda and Blake. I was going to go home, but Blake said that his chef wanted to meet me so we stopped by LB Steak. We originally wanted to stop by, say Hi and order a banana split. Instead, we stopped by, said Hi, and his chef said the food was on the house. So our next plan was just to order a main course and banana split but then the chef started sending out all these appetizers and stuff. HECKA CRAZY! I'll post up pics in the morning. It was delicious! I felt so special! We also got banana split PLUS a brownie. Oh gosh, I was hecka full! It was great though. I met so many of his Co-Workers/Boss', I hope they like me because I love free food! Haha. Jkjk. No.. I'm not using my bf to get food.
     Anyways, We then drove back to my place b/c I was going to make some pastries for my aunt. My mom told me to just give her my shitty looking Angel Food cake. Honestly, I wouldn't be giving out such a terrible creation (we made it kinda wrongish), but I guess my aunt didn't care what I gave her.
     Instead of making the pastries, we all went into my room and ended up watching Moulin Rouge. I love that movie! Best movie ever! After, I let Blake drive home. It was foggy out! I love the fog! Now I'm at home, I guess I'll sleep now. I definitely need to:
-Finish the PJ's
-Upload Pics
-Make CDs
-Take out trash
-Deliver my shitty cakes
     I think that's all. That's mainly it. Alrighty, time for me to go to bed, I'm exhausted! Oh! I'm excited to go see WICKED! Thank you Wilson for paying! I promise I'll pay you back!!! I'm going to be busy till the end of the year!

     I didn't get to blog about my day last night! You'll find out soon enough. RECAP!
     When I got to PCI, I got changed and went to class. Blake came in and we chatted for a bit. I think my classmates like him! Lol. Sadly, chef wasn't there at the moment. So anyways, it was our final today! Kinda stressful. We had to make Apple Pie and Lemon Curd with Lemon Meringue on top. He also wanted us to make our croissants. In the end it all turned out well. Nobody's croissants made it, but it's alright, he didn't grade us on that. The hole in my apple pie kinda turned out looking like a heart. LOL! I ended up naming that pie "Blake". In the end, I did a pretty good job, I'm not sure what I got though.
     After class, I met up with Amanda because she wanted to talk. I ended up taking her to Pizza night (which didn't happen) so we just sat at home sewing Blake's present. Around 9ish, Blake came over!
     So Amanda, Blake and I just chilled in my room. We talked and looked up things on the internet. Omg. They stayed till 1 in the morning! I was already so exhausted, but I was dying by the time they left. Lol! I showed them the Yellow Fever video by the way.
     I stayed up till 2 waiting for Blake to get home. I wasn't really tired anymore so I just started reading. Blake wants to stay here for Christmas with me, then he wants me to go to Bakersfield with him for the New Years. I wonder if my parents would let me. I really want to meet his parents. He wants me to tell my parents about us, I know I should, but I'm not close to my parents. This is going to be interesting!

     Class starts in 2 hours and I have nothing to do. I should go clean but I'm not in the cleaning mood. I'm so lazy! Lol. I cleaned my car though! Yeah yeah! Lol. COD is sitting out on the table. I want to play it but I'm too lazy to set it up. Blah. I hate being lazy. I also hate spending money, which reminds me, I still need to buy blank CD's and pencils and stuff. I also need to fill up gas and return some candy from Walgreens. I have an hour to kill until I leave... What to do, what to do...

     I finally returned my extra toolkit! Yes! Lol. I got to school a little early today and chilled with Jude and Ameet for about 2 good minutes, then I went inside to change. After I changed and dropped off my stuff, I saw Blake, gave him a hug, then later went to talk with Amanda. Good times...
     We have a final tomorrow! Today we made Almond Pear Tart. YUM! We also made classic puff pastry dough and croissant dough for the final tomorrow. Chef added it on.  It was a nice chill day today. I told the class that I was "off the market" and Lynn gave me a hard time but she accepts. Lol! Chef was like, "I KNEW IT!" haha. Oh gosh, they'll never let me live after this! OMG! This chick from the morning class is going to be put into OUR class! Nobody in my class wants her! Apparently she needs special attention and mature people to surround her. Ugh..
     After class, I went to the Great Mall with Kira and Amanda. I guess Kira and I are okay now. We chilled, walked around, and took pics at the Japanese photo booth! Fun fun.
     Then we went to Wal Mart because they both wanted to get their ears peirced. I bought some fabric so I can sew Blake some Pj's! Woot! haha. We went to Quickly's after that. The 2 ladies ordered Strawberry Milk tea (Disgusting!) and Passion fruit milk tea (EVEN WORSE!). Omg, I bought Thai Tea, but it was so watered down! So disgusting! I went to the cashier and told him nicely that it wasn't thai tea and he was such a dick to me! Omg! I was so pissed that I called Wilson Yu and ranted to him. I made him come there so he can tell the guy. As we were waiting for him, we bought some Mochi and enjoyed it. Then Wilson came and spoke to him in chinese. The guy gave me another drink, which still wasn't fixed, but whatever... After Wilson left, we went to Orange Tree and had some froyo. Apparently Wilson's mom was "checking me out". Gross. haha. Orange Tree SUCKS at froyo. But whatever, I didn't pay.
     After, I got dropped off at my car and I went home, showered and now I'm here talking to Blake and Eugene (2 DAYS!). Lol. I'm so sleepy. I think I'm going to sleep soon... Good night!

     Today was such a fun day! Long, busyful, cold, yet fun day. Let's just jump straight into the date.
     So I picked up Blake and we went to Asian McCarthy to get some Quickly's. Fucking Quickly's doesn't take debit so we had to wander all over the place in the rain for an ATM machine. We ended up going back there (after we got the money) to buy our drinks. Blake definitely likes it better.
    After, we made our way to The Tech Museum. It took us forever to find the parking garage, FAIL! We got lucky though, free pass today so we didn't have to pay to enter. Woot! I hoped he liked it, it's totally a children's place though. We explored and stuff. After an hour or so, we left.
     Next was christmas in the park. It wasn't dark or anything, but the decorations were all up and pretty. It was nice. We ended up walking to the Art Museum right across the street. Blake paid and we looked at art. It was really nice. Artwork is just so peaceful, it says a lot, yet doesn't say enough. It's amazing how much time someone puts into a piece and actually thinks of the idea to do it in the first place. Crazy stuff. I love looking at art.
     After, Blake was getting hungry so we ended up walking to The Old Spaghetti Factory. So delicious! I couldn't finish my food though. I feel bad that I wasted food! Blake took my plate and gave it to the waiter so I wouldn't stuff myself to death. Gosh! Lol.
     Then we headed back to Campbell to look for a good theater, nothing good was on so we just went back to Blake's pad. He pulled out the air matress into the living room and we watched Oceans Eleven. Towards the end of the movie, Sky and Em came home. We finished the movie, chatted and Sky put up the (fake) tree, decorations and christmas lights. It's so pretty! Lol.
     At 10, I had to leave so Blake walked me to the car. We hugged and he was like, "See you tomorrow... wait. yea I will, at school." So I said something about Chef Alex making fun of us, and he said, "Want to make it official so you could tell him?" and of course, I said yes, so I guess we're official! Lol!
     I'm hungry. I kinda want to eat something, but I already brushed my teeth. I can't wait to see him tomorrow. Lol. Man, chef is gonna give me beef for the rest of my life! But, it's worth it.

     Okay, I'm going to finish my blog by talking about my day yesterday, which is Saturday.
     So I woke up early and got ready to go to PCI to help the hobby class. The class was on plating. It was pretty fun! Serena and I did the baking part of it, we made coffee ice cream and tuile. Yum! The ice cream was amazing I must say. I had trouble with the tuile so the hot foods team came in and helped/taught us. There's a special way to make tuile and how to shape it and stuff. Hecka cool. They're super nice. I kinda want to be a part of that one day, but I'm going to have to sacrifice a lot of my time, I might also have to stop going to De Anza or something.
     After PCI, I waited out in the student lounge for Blake. Then we went to Rasputins. I think that's how you spell it. It's a gigantic record store. It's AMAZING! I bought 3 new CD's. I know one forsure is 30 Seconds to Mars (thanks eugene!!!) lol. I don't remember the other 2. Anyways, after, we went back to Blake's place and watched a movie. I don't remember what it's called, but it's a pretty good movie. Then Emily came home and we watched some Gabriel Iglesias. Hecka funny!
     After, we went out to Taco Bell for dinner, and looked for a movie to rent. We couldn't find anything so we just went back to the pad. Kira was there, smoking. I guess she got mad at me for giving her a hard time about her money issues. Whateverrr. Instead, Blake, Em, Carlos (who came later on) and I ended up just watching a few episodes of Psych. After that, I went home.
    Blake walked me to my car and was like, "Don't get into an accident or else I'll have no reason to live!" Aww! Lol. He said, he'd either kill himself or just go back down to Bakersfield because he'd have no more reason to stay in San Jose. I thought that was sweet of him to say, he makes me feel important. I couldn't stop smiling after that. We hugged about a million times before I left.
     So today, I have date with him. So many ideas are running through my  head. Quicklys, Color Me Mine or Tech Museum, BJ's or The Old Spaghetti Factory. Man! I really don't know what to do. For sure Quickly's. If I go to Color Me Mine, I'll go to BJ's for dinner, if I go to the Tech Museum, we'll go to the Old Spaghetti Factory. Hmm... What to do. Lol. I'll let him choose then. I wish it wasn't raining because I wanted to take him out and around SF. Dang... I gotta go back to cleaning now, I took an hour break from cleaning!

     Especially since you've written so much, and it's so late at night. UGHH! Sorry that I haven't been blogging much, I've just been so busy and I get home late at night and I end up going to bed instead. But ANYWAYS...
     On Friday (no more De Anza!!!) we made Pecan Pie, Pumpkin Chiffon Pie and Apple Galette. We didn't do much, but I was hecka exhausted!
     After, I hung out with Anthony and Amanda. We went to the mall, ate at Johnny Rockets, rent THE UGLY TRUTH and went back to Anthony's place to watch it. It's still funny the second time around! Then, we went to get some In and Out and headed over to Blake's place.
     The funniest thing happened that night. As we were walking down the hall (we already got in because some car opened the gates for us), I texted Blake telling him to open the door. So we're cruising the halls until I see their door open and all I could think of was, Yes! I'm so going to scare him so badly!!! So, I run, jump in front of the door and yell, "BOO!" but instead of seeing Blake, I see Sky's girlfriend, Emily, who screamed so loud! It was HILARIOUS! I freaked her out yet I couldn't stop laughing. Priceless. The even better part, she was visiting Sky and this was the girl time meeting her. Best. First. Impression... EVER!
     I ended up only staying for a good 30 minutes until I left. There was a guy that I invited that Blake didn't like so there was some tension. I drove Amanda home and I went home myself, talked to Blake and went to sleep.
     I'll blog about tomorrow in the morning. It's 1:22 AM right now and I'm getting super tired!!! I have to wake up early to clean and stuff too. Date with Blake today! Yay!

     I missed a day of blogging so this might be a super long blog. We'll just have to see. I've had 2 busyful days though, not gonna lie.
     So yesterday, I woke up around 5:30 AM and got ready to leave for class. It was freezing cold! My car was all icy and everything so I had to blast the defroster and spray down my car with the hose. I think it took me a good 7 minutes. I layered like crazy too! I literally looked like the Abominable Snowman. Lol. So yea, I got to school a little early so I just sat in my car and reviewed stuff for French.
     The French exam wasn't so bad. If I did slightly bad on this, I'd probably still get an A or something. I've done pretty well overall in this class. I'm satisfied. I'm kinda nervous about French 2, I don't know what to expect! It took me about an hour to finish, right when I finished, I went straight home and slept. Lol.
     I had a bad dream though... It's hard to explain but the main point was that my parents didn't like Blake for some reason and my mom was trying to ruin my life. Iono, weird. What is that supposed to mean?
     So, I woke up around 11 AM and got ready for PCI. We made Quiche Lorraine and Sour Cream Peach Pie. Yum! The Quiche had pork in it so Chef got me some turkey instead. He's so sweet! Lol. I didn't ask for it or anything, I was just going to put up with the bacon, but I guess not.
     After class, I met up with Amanda and we went to the mall and walked around for a bit. Then we went to Geoff's house. OMG! He lives in the hills on Alum Rock. His house is AMAZING! His house also over looks the city light, it's beautiful and breathtaking. He has a home theater which has a massive bathroom, his kitchen is super nice, and his room is HUGE! Also with his own bathroom. If only he was straight... But then again, he lives with his family. His house is 3 stories! AMAZING!
     Anyways, we made some Pate a Choux, went out to target, then to Burger King, and then back to his place and watched some Rosanne. Lol. It was pretty fun. I got home pretty late, so when I got home, I went straight to bed. Lol.
     This morning, I woke up at 6:50 AM and immediately started working on my cheat sheet for Trig. Lol. I left around 8:30 AM and got to school pretty early so I just chilled in my car like always. Omg... My fucking teacher was late, first off, then she didn't have the key so we had to wait until security came. Luckily though, she gave us the test while we were waiting, so a bunch of us started cheating. LOL! Hehe. I'm not gonna lie, the first few pages are easy. I know for a fact that I got more than 50% correct. If I didn't, there's something wrong with me. I was running out of time PLUS I didn't know the rest of the stuff so I just winged it. Hopefully I did slightly well on it.
     I got to PCI super early! It was Amanda's final so I met up with her and helped her carry all of the remainder of her food down to the car. We made Pumpkin Chiffon Pie and (Key) Lime Pie today. We also started on a Buche De Noel.
     After class, I met up with Amanda, Geoff and Amanda's mom. Then Amanda's mom drove us to Geoff's house and we all chilled there, yes with Amanda's mom too. She's so cool. Lol. Geoff made fresh pasta for us. It was so delicious! Lol. Geoff's parents came home eventually so we all just mingled in the kitchen. After a while, we eventually left, Geoff, Amanda and I went to Savemart while Amanda's mom just went home. We didn't really do much after so Geoff just drove us back to Amanda's place. Then, I just went home.
     So now I'm here, kinda tired. It's 11:19 PM. I think I'm going to sleep soon. Woo! No final/De Anza tomorrow! Yesh! Lol. Hopefully tomorrow is an extrodinary day!
