Quick recap of the day:
-Came sorta late to PCI.

-Made German Chocolate Cake, and pre-made croissants.

  9 cakes)
-Bought groceries for Blake.
-Pizza Night avec Darren, Alan, Vince and Perry.
-Delivered some cake to Karate.
-Went with Darren to the Gap to give Alan his Pizza.
-Went back to karate and hung out there for a while.
-KJN Riz came! He paid me for one of my cakes! Lol.
-Went to Darren's house after and dropped off 2 mini cakes.
-Now I'm at home. I need to sleep soon...

     Thanks again Allyson, without your tweet, I would have never woken up! lol. I woke up at 6:45AM and left the house around 6:55AM and PCI started at 7AM... Oh how fun it was in the morning. I was totally freaking out and everything. In the end, I was late for class. Not much of a surprise there, I just have to blame it on Blake because he kept me up till 12 last night! Jerk! Lol! jkjk, I love you babe!
     So, for the ServeSafe class, we basically just learned a lot on bacteria and virus' and parasites. Oh, the joy... It was so boring! I was trying not to fall asleep. I met a few new morning culinary kids. Pretty cool. This new group pretty much consists of adults, with the few teens of course. I met a guy that was going to be in the midday b&p. I told him that I'd see him around then. Lol! I don't remember how he looks like...
     Anyways, after class was finished, I went to get my stuff from the car, change, then prepped for my final. Blake came in and gave me a turkey sandwhich; prepared just the way I like it. Love! Lol.
     For our final, we had to put together and decorate a small strawberry shortcake. I kinda messed up a bit, but I know for sure that I did ten times better than when I first started. We also made a bunch of other doughs for tomorrow. Next section: Plated Desserts; I can't wait!
     After class, I changed and got dinner with Blake; Taco Bell! Best dinner ever! I brought it back to his Apartment and enjoyed my dinner. I hung out with Blake, Sky and Em till almost 10. I learned how to play a game called Farkle, it's pretty fun, sorta confusing, but reminds you of Yahtzee.
     Now I'm at home, talking to my babe, of course. 1111! Time for bed, good night! Serve Safe tomorrow... Yay...!

     Blake spent the WHOLE day with me! Lol. He watched me frost and decorate a small strawberry shortcake. I'm getting better! I just need to be quicker. But anyways, we practiced a lot on our chocolate piping. I have to admit, I'm getting better! Yesh!
     After that, we played some Nazi Zombies, drove my grandma to Oceans, went out to eat at Subway, played more Nazi Zombies then watched How I Met Your Mother. WOOT! Haha. So funny. That's what we basically did till 6. Around 6, I took him to my cousin's house for my Grandma's birthday. All my aunts and uncles were like, "Is that your Boyfriend?!" haha. I just smiled and said that he's Blake. We didn't stay for long, we had dinner, sat around and talked for a little, then left to go pick up Kira from the airport.
     I hecka didn't recognize her! If I was just picking her up myself, I wouldn't have noticed. But yea, we drove back to Milpitas to switch cars, then I went back to my cousin's house while they went home. When I got there, we played Cranium, it was pretty fun. I was my sister's partner so of course we were winning. Lol. But anyways, Blake forgot his phone in my car so He came over later to pick it up. He actually stayed till about 1 in the morning. We watched a few more episodes of How I Met Your Mother and just chilled. He almost slept over, but my mom didn't let him. One day maybe. Lol.
     Anyways, I think I'm gonna watch some of The Office right now or something. So bored...

     Yes yes, I know, I missed 2 days worth of blogging and I apologize, but HEY! I can't help it, I get home super late sometimes, so late that I'd rather sleep than blog because waking up early sucks a lot... But anyways...
     Thursday, I didn't blog because I was out playing rockband with Kenny and Darren. By the time I got home, which was around 10, I started to work on my Pate a Choux for Friday. After I got it all chocolate coated and stuff, I decided to work on my chocolate piping. You see, at PCI the day before, we made strawberry shortcake and I was extreemly unhappy with the outcome of the cake. I felt very mediocre and now I was going to practice to get better at it. Chef Stephany was our chef of the day and demoed another shortcake for us with more tips on how to properly frost a cake and doing the design work and everything on it. I stayed up until 12 working on it, but I couldn't fall asleep till 1ish.
     Friday, I woke up 20 minutes earlier for school and started to work on my Pate a Choux for my french class. I think they really liked it! Lol.
     Chef Alex came back and we all discusses some important issues with him. I'm glad he listened because it seems as if he's going to help and lecture us more. So, we finished out Hazelnut Dacquoise. Yum! Then we made an extra chiffon cake to practice again on. I feel like I did 10 times better this time. I had nightmares about this shortcake! I was dreaming about how I was going to present it and everything! I'm glad that I put a lot of thought into my cake, I just need to be more efficient and be better on time management. Chef graded me an 8/10 only because I need to work more on my chocolate piping and I need to put more syrup in my cake. All in all, Thursday was a not-so-bad-because-it-was-more-of-an-improvement day. I'm glad Chef was open minded about what we had to say.
     Later that night, Em called me up and we went out to Chipotle's and to the container store. The container store is AMAZING! For Em, who had OCD, it is "OCD Heaven!" haha. I bought this amazing contraption. It's called "Cereal to go" It's AMAZING! There's 2 compartments, the bottom is for milk, which is in a gel container to keep it chilled, and the top is where you would put the cereal. It also comes with a spoon! I'm so excited to use it now. I'm going to bring it to PCI on Monday at 7 AM because I know for a fact that I'll be starving! Lol. Buaha...
     Anyways, today, I'm waiting for Blake to comeover. I need to go out and buy some things, then make a cake for my grandma since it's ehr birthday party today.

     It was interesting but so boring at the same time! I couldn't help myself. Patty was out cold too! Lol. French was alright, nothing special.
     After class, I went over to Blake's place. Since Sky and Em were still sleeping, Blake and I just chilled in his room. After they woke up, we went out and I made myself some toast. After a little while, I went to school. Blake didn't come with me because he was sorta sick.
     Class was alright this time. Chef got mad at us for being too slow. But on the bright side, we made strawberry shortcake!
     After, I decided to make some soup for Blake, so I went to Safeway and bought Cream of Chicken for him and a bunch of other food; Ore Ida, 2 frozen pizzas, ham slices, turkey slices, and arizona. It's all for them to enjoy and stuff since I go there and steal food anyways... So yea, I went back to the apartment and made some soup for him. By then he was already getting better. We enjoyed dinner together and watched Public Enemies, well what was remaining. Anyways, around 9:30, I had to leave so Blake walked me down to my car. When we got there, another car parked behind me! They left a note saying "This is my spot, next time dont park here. There's parking on Cypruss. Come get me at B104 and I will move my car"
     So we went and looked for that apartment. At first, no one answered, so Blake tried to move my car so we can back it out, but he couldn't. Then we went back and tried again. In the end, this lady came out, she was really nice and friendly and stuff and just simply moved our car, no problem. Lol. So emabarassing though! But I got really lucky. I thought it was going to be a douche who was going to yell at me for parking in the wrong spot.
     I went home after that and took a shower. Now I'm here... I was going to retype some of my notes for Jasmine, this girl in my class, but I came home late... I hope Serena will type it up for her.

     Geoff and Blake are over right now playing Katamari with my brothers... LOL!! I gotta recap on my day yesterday, but quickly!!!
     First day of De Anza! I found Patty and we went to Astro4 together. I found Jimmy and he sat close to us also, he barely made it in class! I'm kinda excited and nervous for Astro. It's in the planatarium, which is really neat. French was interesting. It seems as if this French2 class is more enthusiastic and everything. There's a guy that sits in front of me, kinda, and he TOTALLY reminds me of Dwight from The Office. Not gonna lie. He kinda looks like Dwight too and he keeps speaking out in class when he's not supposed to. So annoying.. But yea.
     After class, I met up with Patty and we decided to go to Blake's pad. She wanted to meet Blake. Em and Sky where there, we all just chilled there. Sky aired out Kira's nasty smelling room with burnt sage. It's supposed to be cleansing or something like that. But yea, we all just chilled and eveything. Patty was really quiet! Lol.
     Around 12ish, Patty went home and Blake went with me to school. We started on our lady fingers and we also made the crust for our cheese cake. After class, Blake picked me up and we went back to his place. I ended up staying longer than expected. We watched Taking Pelham 123, pretty good movie, then Em came and we all just chilled and talked and stuff. Around 9ish, I went home and eventually I fell asleep.
      Today, De Anza again, I met up with Patty but she needed to buy something so we were kinda late to Astro4, French was alright. After class, I went over to Blake's. Sky and Em were there too. Blake made us all pancakes! Yum! we all just chilled like always and talked and stuff. Around 12ish, Blake went with me to school again. This time, we finished out Charlotte Russe cake, using the lady fingers, and we also finished our cheese cake.
     After class, chef let us stay a little longer to practice and stuff. Blake came in and helped us wash dishes. Thanks babe! Lol. After, we decided to meet up with the guys at pizza night; Darren,  Perry, Vince, Alex Nguyen, David, Vincent Do, Alan, and Elizabeth were all there. Sorry guys, I had to leave early because I had a lot to get done with. After pizza, we went to Karate where everyone met Blake. Lol, especially Allan Dale. I also gave them 2 cakes. We stayed there for quite a long while.
     After that, we went over to Kim's so I could pick up my french video. Kim and Blake started conversing and kinda arguing about political views and stuff. I was kinda scared that they were gonna start fighting or something! Anyways, we stayed for a good while, until I had to leave to go to Wilson Yu's place to pick up my AA jacket. We all talked, I heard some stuff about band.... Yea...
     So anyways, we're back at home. It's 11 right now and Geoff is stuck on this game. It's pretty funny. Anyways, I'm kinda getting sleepy, I'll kick them both out when this round is over. Hehe. Anyways, BYE!

     I woke up late today! 9:30AM! Blake kinda gave me a wake up call telling me that he was on his way back to SJ. So let's see...
     I sorta cleaned and finished the book, then ate at TK with the family. After, I went home, kinda cleaned but also watched a few episodes of The Office. Omg, "Michael" is so annoying! He's so friken stupid! Lol.
     Around 3:30, Blake came over and chatted with my mom for the longest time! After that, we went back to my room and watched 500 Days of Summer. He loved that movie! Lol. I'm glad. After, we talked a bit, then started to watch V for Vedetta, but after 45 mins into the movie, Eugene texted me telling me to come over because Darren was there also, so I took Blake over to Eugene's house. We stayed there for a good 1 and a half hours. We all talked and stuff.
     A little after Darren left, we all went out to Tapx. Thank you Eugene for paying! I'll pay you back. Hehe.. don't worry. But yea, we sat around some more and conversed for a long time. Then I drove Eugene home and brought Blake back to my place. He stayed a little longer, then he left.
     Omg, my siblings and cousins are gonna make so much fun of me. I already know it! Bleh. Lol. During dinner, my sister was kinda laughing at me. I'm gonna get it from them tomorrow. Well, I guess I'll tell my sister eventually. If I even see her tomorrow.
     Anyways, I enjoyed spending time with Blake again. We made up for the loss of 9 days. I can't wait to see him tomorrow! No! School starts tomorrow too! Ughh... I have to wake up at 6:50AM. I don't even know where my class is at........

     Let's see. Around 5, I went to the Cupertino Starbucks to meet up with Shivani and Jimmy. At first it was just Jimmy and I. We talked and talked and then Shivani FINALLY showed up about an hour later than she planned. Lol! After that, we just talked for a good hour and parted ways. I don't want school to start!
     After, I came back to Milpitas and picked up Albert, then I headed towards the theaters. It was super crowded! We met up with Darren, Wilson, Maggie and Allyson. We were a few minutes late but we found an empty row for ourselves (at the middle walkway aisle area..) Thank you Albert for paying by the way. The movie was just as good the second time! Although, everything was predictable...
     After the movie, we all headed out to Chilis. Alan and Alex Tu joined us later on. It was a pretty fun night overall; chill and super filling. I wish there were more things to do in Milpitas though. After dinner, we all went outside to vandalize Alex Tu's Camry (Without the other ladies of course, they had previous left). We all drew Penis' around his car. Lol. I was getting quite chilly and tired so I decided to go home.
     So now, I'm about to head off to bed soon. I'm super full though. Blake is sick right now so I told him to go to sleep early. So yea.. Good news is, he's coming back tomorrow! Probably at nightish, but yea. I told him that I'd go feed him some (canned) cream of chicken. I'll also throw in his favorite pomegrante juice. I hope he gets better though, maybe I'll see him tomorrow night, or Sunday morning, Je ne sais pas. I just miss him oh-so much.
