Because you were born, today was a great day.
     I got my test back in Astro. I thought I failed but in fact, I got a C! It's still pretty bad but I'm glad I didn't fail miserably!
     In French we got a practice sheet and I got everything right on it! Tres Facile! Lol.
      I stayed up and watched HIMYM with Blake today. I had energy to keep me awake and not asleep!
     In class, we just glazed and airbrushed our vigan cake, glazed our chocolate bombes and made prentantains. So Lynn didn't want her food so she put it out in the lounge. When I saw it, I was thinking to myself, "The culinary students don't really give us anymore food... Maybe if we donate food to them they'll bring us some" so I brought it over and they were going crazy for it! Then later on, they bought us dishes and dishes of tempura, fried eggplant, onion rings and fried bell pepper. It was so delicious! Best food I've ever had today!
     After class, I dropped off food at Karate, then I dropped off a Bombe at Kim's house (LOL). Then I went and kidnapped Jen. We went to Half Priced where I bought 2 new books and an Elton John Album. It looks so friken cool! It was only $2 also! SWEET.
     Then, we went to get some froyo at our favorite spot. We sat, chilled, ate froyo and just talked. It was really nice and pleasant. Apres, I drove us back to Jen's house were we parked in front of her house and talked some more. I love catching up with this girl. It always feels like we've never been apart or anything! So 10 minutes before 9, we go in and I talk to her mom. Then I help her pop her hood so she can get a tool in the engine from my dad. Good thing they never drove it! Lol.
     So as I was driving home, I noticed that they finally took down those stupid barriers! I can finally feel like the road is open and not enclosed! FINALLY.
     When I got home, I found a package for me so I ripped it open and guess what? My beef gelatin finally came in! I'm so excited to use it! FINALLY! I can finally some of the food we make in class! Nom NOM!
     So yea, now I'm at home. I had an eventuful day today. No school tomorrow! I can finally sleep in till whenever. I still have PCI though, we gotta make sacrifices in life... It's totally worth it though.

     Jimmy and I are in the computer lab skipping astro. We totally walked in, signed in, sat down, and then got up and left. The teacher saw us but there's not much you can do I guess. I do feel kinda bad...
     Recap on yesterday. School was boring. I'll stop blogging about it again unless something significant happens or something. At PCI, we had Chef Stephany again. We just did our thing. After class, Lynn went with me to take out the garbage. I was talking to her about how I really wanted my cake out in the lobby so whoever leaves the elevator will always see it. So Lynn mischeviously wanted to switch my cake with Jasmine's cake. I felt bad at first, but now I'm glad mines is in the front. Chef Stephany noticed that my cake wasn't where it used to and she asked me if it got moved. I told her it did and she was so happy for me! She was like, "YAY! I'm so glad your cake got out front, Jasmine's cake didn't deserve to be there." Now that I think of it, I'm happy my cake is out there. Jasmine didn't really work that hard on her cake in general and you could see it. She had a negative attitude on it and it just wasn't cool...
     Anyways, after class, I stayed a bit, then as I was leaving, I bumped into Molly, who is a staff at PCI. She was like, "Jessica! You cake was favorited 3 times by other baking and pastry alumni's!" I was so shocked I was like, "W-whaat?! Really???" Lol. I'll upload pics of my cake later. It's totally different from everyone else's, maybe that's why they liked it? Iono.
    So after class, I met up with Rachelle and Kim at Sunnyvale. We took black belt class and we totally rocked it. Stephanie was there too. KJN was so stoked that we were there. He brags about his Milpitas team all the time! Lol. It was pretty fun. I'm all sore now.
     So today, I skipped astro and hung out with Jimmy in the computer lab. Not much after. I went to Blake's and we watched HIMYM with Sky. PCI was tiring. There were just 3 people in class today. We glazed our Chocolate mousse cake and made caramel pear cake. After class, I talked with Serena and we were talking about how Nancy gets away with everything. But I'll rant about that later. It's a confusing story.
     So as I was driving home, Kim called and we decided to go get some drinks and talk. It was nice, we went to Sweethearts for about an hour and just drove around looking for things to do. There is absoulely NOTHING to do around here! So boring!!! Lol. So yea. Eventually we just went home. Now I'm at home with nothing to do, except shower. Maybe I'll clean or rant later. We'll see.

     Sorry! It seems as if I don't have much time to blog anymore. I get home so late nowadays! Let's see. Main points of the weekend.

Saturday:
- KJN's Bday party! I went with Blake and Kim. Met Alexis (old front desk) and Stephany (old instructor). It's so good to see them again! I also made a cake for KJN.

Sunday:
-Went to Sac to see another house my parents bought to rent out. AMAZING! It's so beautiful and big. I'm so jealous. If I went to Davis, my parents would give me that house to live in. Can you say Partay?!? :D
-Unfortunately, my camera broke once again

Monday:
-Worked on my wedding cake. Stayed at school till 10. Crazyyy! I finished all my keys on the piano, now I'm onto making the sheet music on the middle tier...

today:
-Finished my cake! I'm glad I finished, but if I had more time, it'd be a lot cleaner. I'm happy it actually turned out though, I was afraid... I'll post pics up later.
-Pizza Night! I came late.. sad. But overall, fun fun. Alex got some boobs! Lol.

     Geoff and Blake are over right now playing Katamari with my brothers... LOL!! I gotta recap on my day yesterday, but quickly!!!
     First day of De Anza! I found Patty and we went to Astro4 together. I found Jimmy and he sat close to us also, he barely made it in class! I'm kinda excited and nervous for Astro. It's in the planatarium, which is really neat. French was interesting. It seems as if this French2 class is more enthusiastic and everything. There's a guy that sits in front of me, kinda, and he TOTALLY reminds me of Dwight from The Office. Not gonna lie. He kinda looks like Dwight too and he keeps speaking out in class when he's not supposed to. So annoying.. But yea.
     After class, I met up with Patty and we decided to go to Blake's pad. She wanted to meet Blake. Em and Sky where there, we all just chilled there. Sky aired out Kira's nasty smelling room with burnt sage. It's supposed to be cleansing or something like that. But yea, we all just chilled and eveything. Patty was really quiet! Lol.
     Around 12ish, Patty went home and Blake went with me to school. We started on our lady fingers and we also made the crust for our cheese cake. After class, Blake picked me up and we went back to his place. I ended up staying longer than expected. We watched Taking Pelham 123, pretty good movie, then Em came and we all just chilled and talked and stuff. Around 9ish, I went home and eventually I fell asleep.
      Today, De Anza again, I met up with Patty but she needed to buy something so we were kinda late to Astro4, French was alright. After class, I went over to Blake's. Sky and Em were there too. Blake made us all pancakes! Yum! we all just chilled like always and talked and stuff. Around 12ish, Blake went with me to school again. This time, we finished out Charlotte Russe cake, using the lady fingers, and we also finished our cheese cake.
     After class, chef let us stay a little longer to practice and stuff. Blake came in and helped us wash dishes. Thanks babe! Lol. After, we decided to meet up with the guys at pizza night; Darren,  Perry, Vince, Alex Nguyen, David, Vincent Do, Alan, and Elizabeth were all there. Sorry guys, I had to leave early because I had a lot to get done with. After pizza, we went to Karate where everyone met Blake. Lol, especially Allan Dale. I also gave them 2 cakes. We stayed there for quite a long while.
     After that, we went over to Kim's so I could pick up my french video. Kim and Blake started conversing and kinda arguing about political views and stuff. I was kinda scared that they were gonna start fighting or something! Anyways, we stayed for a good while, until I had to leave to go to Wilson Yu's place to pick up my AA jacket. We all talked, I heard some stuff about band.... Yea...
     So anyways, we're back at home. It's 11 right now and Geoff is stuck on this game. It's pretty funny. Anyways, I'm kinda getting sleepy, I'll kick them both out when this round is over. Hehe. Anyways, BYE!

     All hung out today. Around 5PM, I picked them both up and we drove to WC Sunnyvale to visit KJN Riz. We met KJN Terry and talked to her for a bit. After, I drove to the Marriot to check out my pagoda. The valet guy still remembers me! Sweet! Lol. He opened the door for me and everything. We just conversated for bit. Then I drove to Valley Fair.
     We decided to get Jen and Kjn Riz a gift. So we bought Jen and Precious Memories mini statue. It's so cute! The little boy is in a fire truck! Lol. Then I bought Green Tea Gelato. Yum!! We then went to the Disney store and bought Kjn a squirt stuffed animal. We also took a fotocube picture of us to give to them. After that, I drove to Santana Row.
     We walked around, I showed them LB Steak. Then we shopped at Urban Outfitters. I bought this amazing book!

      Amazing. If I remember to, I'll post up daily curses to use! Haha. I'm so excited. Anyways, we just loitered around Urban for a good hour. Then we went to Maggiano's and waited for Jen and Kjn to arrive.
     We got seated around 9PM and just chatted. It was nice. I ordered a half order or Fettecini Alfredo with Mushroom and Chicken. OMG. I swear... It was a friken full order or something! So filling. But yea, Kjn treated us all out. They really liked our gifts! Lol. Yay!!!

    After, we took some pictures and then went our seperate ways. I took Kim and Jenann home and now I'm here. It's almost 12 and I'm pretty sleepy. I miss Blake!

WTF Darren...?

     TK Noodle with the family. I hate it when they drag me around places with them... Ughh. Stupid asian supermarkets!
     I cleaned my room again! Day 2 of decluttering! Eugenie came over a little to help me clean. Key word: HELP. Lol, jkjk. I just threw junk at him and said, "Garbage!" and he put it in the garbage bag. So helpful. Lol.
     At 3 PM, Kim came over and we drove ALL the way to Lathrop. It felt pretty fast! It was a 1 hour drive I think, so not too bad. So, we saw KJN Riz and Jen. It was so nice seeing them again. We talked, had dinner, watched food network, talked, played the "would you rather" game, opened gifts and talked some more, then we went home. KJN and Jen got me a Mulan ornament! Yesh! They also got me an H&M gift card, even though I don't shop there, I get to use it now! Yesh! haha. So yea, we stayed there tilll 8, then I drove home. It was nice seeing them and reconnecting with them again.

     12:30AM- (Yesterday)So we ended up not going to iHop because it was too crowded. Instead, we went to Marie Calander's. It was SUPER empty, but I had a good time. We talked and everything. After, we drove around, then Ben showed me the inside of his house. It's... AMAZING! He has his own back doorway to his place so he never needs to go through the front or anything. His house is just really nice. He lives up in the hills that why...
     After that, I went to PCI. We finished our Princess Cake and made Chocolate Sponge cake. We finished pretty quickly so we made a bunch of chocolate sponges for our buche de noel. This girl came in to audit a class. I let her help me out as much as possible. She even made her own princess cake, we had a bunch of leftovers for her to use.
     So after class, Amanda came and we talked for a bit. I was super tired and I just wanted to go home, but we talked for a bit. She wanted to hang, but I told her I had a venturing meeting to go to. Finds out that it was cancelled... But, I had a good phone convo with Kim on the way home. I went to Michael's and found her there! I bought a few things and then we went to go to karate to drop off the cake.
     Then, Kim and I went home and I had dinner. We talked and we somehow got on the convo of having Blake over. Blake agreed to come over so we invited Darren and Wilson, who brought over a shitload of people; Tomy, Arnold, Perry, Hieu, Alex Tu, Alex Nguyen, Eugene,Emily, and Jesse. We all chilled, then Blake came, with Kira and we just did intros and talked and stuff. Then we started playing Mafia. Pretty fun. I wish I was better with stories. I had good ideas though, I just didn't say them. Lol.
     After, we all starting doing our own thing. Some water pong players, some poker players and some who watched TV. Lol. I hope they enjoyed themselves. I enjoyed myself. I hope they liked Blake! Lol. Do you guys approve?!
     Around 12ish, everyone was basically gone. Fun night! Lol. I'm pretty tired right now. I'm not sure if I can fall asleep, but yea... It FITS! Yes! Haha

     I didn't have to go to school until 9 today! Woot! Instead, I went to Nob Hill, the gas station and to Walgreens to buy Necowafers and Chocolate covered pretzels. Then, I went to school.
     I hung out with Tiffany today! We went to Le Boulanger. Honestly, I could make all of the things they had there! Lol. After, I went to PCI. I got there pretty early and Blake, Geoffrey, Amanda and Kira all came into my class room and hung out around my table. I gave Blake a hug today! He was mad that Kira left him for a short period of time to go home because he had work and he needed a ride. Lol. We had our final today. I had to make a Basque Cake and Pumpkin bread. I'm pretty satisfied overall with everything. I got 45/50 (because my Basque cake was a little underbaked!!).
    After PCI, I went over to Lynn's and we worked more on the gingerbread. It's coming together very nicely. All we need to do is just to assemble it together! EEK! I hope It'll last for a month! After, I went to Kira's and met Amanda's friend Cody. He's pretty cool, kinda quiet though, but funny. Lol. He better be good to her!
     Then, I went home and waited for Kim to come over. We went to Sweethearts for drinks and calamari. Yum! It was nice. We stayed there till 9 something, then my sister called asking me to get her some KFC so I had to go get KFC. Woo! 40 Hot wings! Lol. They actually gave me 20. Motherfuckers, oh well, we'll get 20 more tomorrow when my parents go and pick up the rest. Alright, gotta shower. BYE!
