Today was the beginning of Intro to cakes! Woot! We made Angel Food cake (which turned out super ugly!) and Devil's food cake. We're going to deck out the devil's food tomorrow in class. I heard it's going to be extremely chocolaty, I guess we'll have to see. So the new girl in our class is named Jasmine. She's not that bad, just super slow and quiet. She's pretty nice though, I guess I'll be nice to her too! Lol. Oh! We also learned to temper chocolate today. Messy, but funish. haha
     After class, I met up with Amanda and Blake. I was going to go home, but Blake said that his chef wanted to meet me so we stopped by LB Steak. We originally wanted to stop by, say Hi and order a banana split. Instead, we stopped by, said Hi, and his chef said the food was on the house. So our next plan was just to order a main course and banana split but then the chef started sending out all these appetizers and stuff. HECKA CRAZY! I'll post up pics in the morning. It was delicious! I felt so special! We also got banana split PLUS a brownie. Oh gosh, I was hecka full! It was great though. I met so many of his Co-Workers/Boss', I hope they like me because I love free food! Haha. Jkjk. No.. I'm not using my bf to get food.
     Anyways, We then drove back to my place b/c I was going to make some pastries for my aunt. My mom told me to just give her my shitty looking Angel Food cake. Honestly, I wouldn't be giving out such a terrible creation (we made it kinda wrongish), but I guess my aunt didn't care what I gave her.
     Instead of making the pastries, we all went into my room and ended up watching Moulin Rouge. I love that movie! Best movie ever! After, I let Blake drive home. It was foggy out! I love the fog! Now I'm at home, I guess I'll sleep now. I definitely need to:

-Make CDs
-Take out trash
-Deliver my shitty cakes

     I didn't get to blog about my day last night! You'll find out soon enough. RECAP!
     When I got to PCI, I got changed and went to class. Blake came in and we chatted for a bit. I think my classmates like him! Lol. Sadly, chef wasn't there at the moment. So anyways, it was our final today! Kinda stressful. We had to make Apple Pie and Lemon Curd with Lemon Meringue on top. He also wanted us to make our croissants. In the end it all turned out well. Nobody's croissants made it, but it's alright, he didn't grade us on that. The hole in my apple pie kinda turned out looking like a heart. LOL! I ended up naming that pie "Blake". In the end, I did a pretty good job, I'm not sure what I got though.
     After class, I met up with Amanda because she wanted to talk. I ended up taking her to Pizza night (which didn't happen) so we just sat at home sewing Blake's present. Around 9ish, Blake came over!
     So Amanda, Blake and I just chilled in my room. We talked and looked up things on the internet. Omg. They stayed till 1 in the morning! I was already so exhausted, but I was dying by the time they left. Lol! I showed them the Yellow Fever video by the way.
     I stayed up till 2 waiting for Blake to get home. I wasn't really tired anymore so I just started reading. Blake wants to stay here for Christmas with me, then he wants me to go to Bakersfield with him for the New Years. I wonder if my parents would let me. I really want to meet his parents. He wants me to tell my parents about us, I know I should, but I'm not close to my parents. This is going to be interesting!

     I finally returned my extra toolkit! Yes! Lol. I got to school a little early today and chilled with Jude and Ameet for about 2 good minutes, then I went inside to change. After I changed and dropped off my stuff, I saw Blake, gave him a hug, then later went to talk with Amanda. Good times...
     We have a final tomorrow! Today we made Almond Pear Tart. YUM! We also made classic puff pastry dough and croissant dough for the final tomorrow. Chef added it on.  It was a nice chill day today. I told the class that I was "off the market" and Lynn gave me a hard time but she accepts. Lol! Chef was like, "I KNEW IT!" haha. Oh gosh, they'll never let me live after this! OMG! This chick from the morning class is going to be put into OUR class! Nobody in my class wants her! Apparently she needs special attention and mature people to surround her. Ugh..
     After class, I went to the Great Mall with Kira and Amanda. I guess Kira and I are okay now. We chilled, walked around, and took pics at the Japanese photo booth! Fun fun.
     Then we went to Wal Mart because they both wanted to get their ears peirced. I bought some fabric so I can sew Blake some Pj's! Woot! haha. We went to Quickly's after that. The 2 ladies ordered Strawberry Milk tea (Disgusting!) and Passion fruit milk tea (EVEN WORSE!). Omg, I bought Thai Tea, but it was so watered down! So disgusting! I went to the cashier and told him nicely that it wasn't thai tea and he was such a dick to me! Omg! I was so pissed that I called Wilson Yu and ranted to him. I made him come there so he can tell the guy. As we were waiting for him, we bought some Mochi and enjoyed it. Then Wilson came and spoke to him in chinese. The guy gave me another drink, which still wasn't fixed, but whatever... After Wilson left, we went to Orange Tree and had some froyo. Apparently Wilson's mom was "checking me out". Gross. haha. Orange Tree SUCKS at froyo. But whatever, I didn't pay.
     After, I got dropped off at my car and I went home, showered and now I'm here talking to Blake and Eugene (2 DAYS!). Lol. I'm so sleepy. I think I'm going to sleep soon... Good night!

     Especially since you've written so much, and it's so late at night. UGHH! Sorry that I haven't been blogging much, I've just been so busy and I get home late at night and I end up going to bed instead. But ANYWAYS...
     On Friday (no more De Anza!!!) we made Pecan Pie, Pumpkin Chiffon Pie and Apple Galette. We didn't do much, but I was hecka exhausted!
     After, I hung out with Anthony and Amanda. We went to the mall, ate at Johnny Rockets, rent THE UGLY TRUTH and went back to Anthony's place to watch it. It's still funny the second time around! Then, we went to get some In and Out and headed over to Blake's place.
     The funniest thing happened that night. As we were walking down the hall (we already got in because some car opened the gates for us), I texted Blake telling him to open the door. So we're cruising the halls until I see their door open and all I could think of was, Yes! I'm so going to scare him so badly!!! So, I run, jump in front of the door and yell, "BOO!" but instead of seeing Blake, I see Sky's girlfriend, Emily, who screamed so loud! It was HILARIOUS! I freaked her out yet I couldn't stop laughing. Priceless. The even better part, she was visiting Sky and this was the girl time meeting her. Best. First. Impression... EVER!
     I ended up only staying for a good 30 minutes until I left. There was a guy that I invited that Blake didn't like so there was some tension. I drove Amanda home and I went home myself, talked to Blake and went to sleep.
     I'll blog about tomorrow in the morning. It's 1:22 AM right now and I'm getting super tired!!! I have to wake up early to clean and stuff too. Date with Blake today! Yay!

     I missed a day of blogging so this might be a super long blog. We'll just have to see. I've had 2 busyful days though, not gonna lie.
     So yesterday, I woke up around 5:30 AM and got ready to leave for class. It was freezing cold! My car was all icy and everything so I had to blast the defroster and spray down my car with the hose. I think it took me a good 7 minutes. I layered like crazy too! I literally looked like the Abominable Snowman. Lol. So yea, I got to school a little early so I just sat in my car and reviewed stuff for French.
     The French exam wasn't so bad. If I did slightly bad on this, I'd probably still get an A or something. I've done pretty well overall in this class. I'm satisfied. I'm kinda nervous about French 2, I don't know what to expect! It took me about an hour to finish, right when I finished, I went straight home and slept. Lol.
     I had a bad dream though... It's hard to explain but the main point was that my parents didn't like Blake for some reason and my mom was trying to ruin my life. Iono, weird. What is that supposed to mean?
     So, I woke up around 11 AM and got ready for PCI. We made Quiche Lorraine and Sour Cream Peach Pie. Yum! The Quiche had pork in it so Chef got me some turkey instead. He's so sweet! Lol. I didn't ask for it or anything, I was just going to put up with the bacon, but I guess not.
     After class, I met up with Amanda and we went to the mall and walked around for a bit. Then we went to Geoff's house. OMG! He lives in the hills on Alum Rock. His house is AMAZING! His house also over looks the city light, it's beautiful and breathtaking. He has a home theater which has a massive bathroom, his kitchen is super nice, and his room is HUGE! Also with his own bathroom. If only he was straight... But then again, he lives with his family. His house is 3 stories! AMAZING!
     Anyways, we made some Pate a Choux, went out to target, then to Burger King, and then back to his place and watched some Rosanne. Lol. It was pretty fun. I got home pretty late, so when I got home, I went straight to bed. Lol.
     This morning, I woke up at 6:50 AM and immediately started working on my cheat sheet for Trig. Lol. I left around 8:30 AM and got to school pretty early so I just chilled in my car like always. Omg... My fucking teacher was late, first off, then she didn't have the key so we had to wait until security came. Luckily though, she gave us the test while we were waiting, so a bunch of us started cheating. LOL! Hehe. I'm not gonna lie, the first few pages are easy. I know for a fact that I got more than 50% correct. If I didn't, there's something wrong with me. I was running out of time PLUS I didn't know the rest of the stuff so I just winged it. Hopefully I did slightly well on it.
     I got to PCI super early! It was Amanda's final so I met up with her and helped her carry all of the remainder of her food down to the car. We made Pumpkin Chiffon Pie and (Key) Lime Pie today. We also started on a Buche De Noel.
     After class, I met up with Amanda, Geoff and Amanda's mom. Then Amanda's mom drove us to Geoff's house and we all chilled there, yes with Amanda's mom too. She's so cool. Lol. Geoff made fresh pasta for us. It was so delicious! Lol. Geoff's parents came home eventually so we all just mingled in the kitchen. After a while, we eventually left, Geoff, Amanda and I went to Savemart while Amanda's mom just went home. We didn't really do much after so Geoff just drove us back to Amanda's place. Then, I just went home.
     So now I'm here, kinda tired. It's 11:19 PM. I think I'm going to sleep soon. Woo! No final/De Anza tomorrow! Yesh! Lol. Hopefully tomorrow is an extrodinary day!

     Yea, that's right! Lol. Today was a good day. It's finals week! EEK! Lol. Asher wrote an essay about me and his first paragraph was about how nice I am because I let him interview me. Lol! His whole essay is about me! I feel so special!
     We made Lemon Meringue Pie today. Yum! I didn't eat any though. We made 2 pies, one with meringue and one with a glaze. The meringue died in my car, everything spewed out everywhere while I gave my lemon curd pie to karate. I hope they like it! Lol. After school, I met up with Amanda and we went to pick up Blake. Then we drove to the Marriot but got lost so I let Blake drive. Omg, such a scary driver! I swear that I was going to die! So we got to the Marriot to check up on our gingerbread houses. My pagoda is dying! Its really sad, not gonna lie. I'm so depressed! But whatever.. Can't really do much now can we? After the Marriot, we went to Karate to drop off food, then we went to In-and-out for some dinner. Yum! Then we went to Safeway, Blockbuster, Starbucks (where I bought a tumbler), and Nobhill (where I bought some chips for my sister). Then I went home to drop off the chips and Amanda and Blake met my mom and dad. Man! Blake's trying to win over my family! He was hecka talking to them. Especially my dad! It was friken hilarious! Lol. He's a talker though, not gonna lie.
     After, I let Blake drive home. He dropped off Amanda because she wanted to give us "alone" time. L.M.A.O. So yea, he drove himself home and I got a nice big long... hug. Lol! Now I'm at home. No school tomorrow because of the final! I gotta study big time! Blah. Tonight was fun.

     I went to PCI super early! I ended up helping Amanda with her gingerbread house and stuff. OMG! Before class started, Blake came in all casually and everything and looked at Kira's "Who House" (That's what I call it). Then he turned and talked to me for a bit. Then he was like, "Oh, are you still mad at me?" and I said yes so he's like, "Okay, I have something for you" and he pulls out this paper card he made me! It was so cute! He drew a little stick figure of me and he wrote a little note inside. I thought it was so awesome! Especially since he really cared that I was "mad" at him in the first place. I really appreciated the little thing he made for me. I was like, "AWW!" and I gave him this really big hug. Lol.
     In class, we just made tarts and stuff. Nothing really special. I kinda felt like I was on Iron Chef or something because Chef was like, "I want to see what you guys can do with mangos, bananas, kiwis, apples, grapefruits, oranges, and some type of leafy thing. It was kinda stressful. Lol. I put too much fruits on mines because I thought it was a fruit tart but it's actually a banana tart or something and those don't have an excessive amount of fruits. Lol. Oh well!
     After class, I met up at Lynn's and transported our gingerbread to her house. We arrived at the Marriot somewhat late. Everybody was there and the whole village was set up. OMG! We had to assemble our stuff together so I was kinda worried and embarassed when everyone was looking. All in all, it turned out great. I really liked it! Then most of us stayed for this litte celebration thing they had for us. It was kinda nice.
     After, Lynn and I went to Alcapolco and met up with Nancy and her bf. We chatted and everything then we went to the karaoke bar. They carded me and told me I had to leave, but Nancy's bf convinced them to let me stay a little longer. Lol. He's pretty cool. Nancy sang karoke and then we left.
     I was going to go visit Blake, but I didn't know if he was off of work yet so I just went home instead. Ughh, I'm so tired! Eugene sounds weird when he's drunk! Lol. Sleep time while talking to Blake. Yay! Honestly, everytime I look at his card, it makes me smile like a retarded girl.

     I didn't have to go to school until 9 today! Woot! Instead, I went to Nob Hill, the gas station and to Walgreens to buy Necowafers and Chocolate covered pretzels. Then, I went to school.
     I hung out with Tiffany today! We went to Le Boulanger. Honestly, I could make all of the things they had there! Lol. After, I went to PCI. I got there pretty early and Blake, Geoffrey, Amanda and Kira all came into my class room and hung out around my table. I gave Blake a hug today! He was mad that Kira left him for a short period of time to go home because he had work and he needed a ride. Lol. We had our final today. I had to make a Basque Cake and Pumpkin bread. I'm pretty satisfied overall with everything. I got 45/50 (because my Basque cake was a little underbaked!!).
    After PCI, I went over to Lynn's and we worked more on the gingerbread. It's coming together very nicely. All we need to do is just to assemble it together! EEK! I hope It'll last for a month! After, I went to Kira's and met Amanda's friend Cody. He's pretty cool, kinda quiet though, but funny. Lol. He better be good to her!
     Then, I went home and waited for Kim to come over. We went to Sweethearts for drinks and calamari. Yum! It was nice. We stayed there till 9 something, then my sister called asking me to get her some KFC so I had to go get KFC. Woo! 40 Hot wings! Lol. They actually gave me 20. Motherfuckers, oh well, we'll get 20 more tomorrow when my parents go and pick up the rest. Alright, gotta shower. BYE!
